Pichidangui is a beach resort located 197 kilometers north from Santiago, access via the new highway Santiago – Los Vilos. With a 5 kilometers bay, calm waters, and white sand, it has been traditionally a place for families.
Most of the development in the city is second and third summer houses, getting almost completely closed during the winter time. It has a reasonable good infrastructure including restaurants, hotels, hostel, and cabins.
